EWE Nordseelauf - The Island Run Across All 7 East Frisian Islands
The EWE Nordseelauf is a beloved tradition for over two decades, attracting runners and walkers from Germany and beyond to the Lower Saxony North Sea coast. The event spans seven stages across the East Frisian Islands, offering a unique challenge and beautiful scenery.
Event Details:
- Dates: June 20 - June 27, 2026
- Location: Ostfriesische Inseln (East Frisian Islands), Niedersachsen, Germany
- Distances: Multiple stages of approximately 10 km each, with an option for a 70 km multi-stage challenge. Running, Walking, and Nordic-Walking are all welcome.

Note: The EWE Nordseelauf 2026 is fully booked. There is no waiting list, no transfer of starting places, and no re-allocation of cancelled spots. Due to limited ferry and island infrastructure capacity, participant numbers cannot be increased.
