ENTEGA Heinerman Triathlon
The 20th ENTEGA Heinerman will start on Sunday, June 28, 2026. This event has sold out and is even overbooked. Due to high demand, participants who cannot attend are asked to email [email protected] to potentially transfer their spot.
Distances:
- Sprint Distance: 0.75 km swim / 20 km bike / 5 km run. Ideal for triathlon beginners.
- Olympic Distance: 1.5 km swim / 40 km bike / 10 km run. Available for individual athletes or teams.
The swim takes place in the natural lake, Darmstädter Woog. The bike course covers 40 km (Darmstadt - Dieburg loop twice), and the 10 km run goes through Oberfeld to Oberwaldhaus and back.
Event Experience:
Start, transition zone, and finish are located at the Woog-Gelände, offering a lively atmosphere for spectators. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.
History:
This is a long-standing event in Darmstadt, dating back to 1984. It has evolved through various names including "Heinerfest-Triathlon", "Ironheiner", "Merck Heinerman", and currently "ENTEGA Heinerman" since 2023.

- Flea Market: A flea market will offer old helper and finisher shirts, trophies, etc., for donations, promoting sustainability.
