This session lasts 1 hour. All attendees should have completed a Couch to 5k or a parkrun.
Everyone is encouraged to run, jog, or walk at their own pace. You choose what fast, slow, or comfortably hard means to you based on your own capabilities.
If unsure about your ability, please consider trying our Run/Walk sessions on a Monday first.
