Safety & First Aid
The course is predominantly trail, but there are a number of busy road crossings. The most hazardous crossings will have marshals to guide you safely across, but runners must stay alert at all times. There will be first aiders present at the start/finish area, the halfway aid station, and out on the course. Please bring any medication or personal supplies you may need. If you need to withdraw from the race, you must inform the Race Director so that all runners are accounted for. In an emergency: Call 999 first. Then contact the Race Director, Charlie Knight, on 07905 657959.
