Disaster Dash 5K Run/ Walk
Join BRACE for the 2025 Disaster Dash 5K Run/ Walk! Taking place in historic Seville Square on June 7, the Disaster Dash 5K will kick-off hurricane season by raising awareness of the ways our community can be prepared before, during, and after a disaster.
Route: Super flat 3.1 Mile course through historic downtown Pensacola. Starts and Ends at Seville Square.
Race Details:
- Dr. Anthony Inzillo with SWELL Physical Therapy & Performance will be leading runners through a pre-race dynamic warm-up session.
- Race begins at 7:00 AM CDT.
- Strollers and registered service animals permitted.
- Course opens to traffic one hour after the start.
- Swell Physical Therapy & Performance will also be set up after the race to help runners recover and evaluate any pain or injuries.
After Party: Free family-friendly event. Learn about hurricane season preparedness. Live DJ and sponsor booths.
