Course pour la Compassion : Valois Park, Pointe-Claire
Course pour la Compassion takes place on September 19, 2026 at Valois Park in Pointe-Claire. This is the 10th edition of a walk and run event that raises funds for the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence to support free compassionate palliative care in the community.
Participants may choose from two distances:
- 1 km
- 5 km
Dogs and strollers are welcome. After the walk or run, a Party Zone features local vendors offering complimentary items and family oriented activities such as face painting, frozen treats, and coffee.
The 2026 fundraising goal is a net total of 425 000 dollars to support the residence. Participants can create personal fundraising pages, form teams, and purchase a Memorial Sign for 200 dollars that will be displayed along Memory Lane on the route.
