Swimming in Mauster Kiessee. Rundkurs Olympische à 750 m. Rundkurs Sprint / Staffeln à 375 m.

Bike Course
The bike course is laid out as a circuit of 7.6 km and is closed to public traffic. Drafting is prohibited. The bike course is prone to wind, and the use of disc wheels may be prohibited by the race director.
- Olympische Distanz: 42.54 km - 5 laps à 7.53 km + 4.98 km WZ1-WZ2
- Sprint: 19.95 km - 2 laps à 7.53 km + 4.98 km WZ1-WZ2

Run Course
The 5 km and 10 km run course leads to the village of Maust. The 5 km run course then leads to turnaround point 1 and after passing it to the village of Wilmersdorf, where turnaround point 3 must be passed. Then it leads to the finish. The 10 km run course leads to turnaround point 1 and then to turnaround point 2. After passing turnaround point 2, it leads back to the village of Maust and from there to the village of Willmersdorf, where turnaround point 3 must be passed before running to the finish line. The running paths are on paved and unpaved paths.
- Olympische Distanz: 10 km – 1 lap with 3 turns
- Sprint: 5.0 km - 1 lap with 2 turns
- Staffeln: 5.0 km - 1 lap with 2 turns
Finish
The finish for the Sprint and Olympic distance is on the open space at the hotel “Willmersdorfer Hof”.
Start Pass/Day License
A start pass is required for participation in the E competition (Olympic distance). If the start pass cannot be presented when picking up the start documents, a day license of €16 must be purchased.
