About the Consent Event
The Consent Event is our annual 2/5 km family fun run and walk, which brings hundreds of community members together. This fundraiser celebrates the impact of the work being done to prevent sexual violence, and support survivors in their healing journeys. Families, friends, and even pets join us in Broadmoor Lake Park every May.
In 2026, we raised $40,791 to support our frontline programs and services, including counselling, police and court support, and education.
We look forward to seeing everyone at our 12th Annual Consent Event, on May 22, 2026, in Broadmoor Lake Park, Sherwood Park. Stay tuned for 2027 registration!
