Whether you're an experienced club runner or taking on your first 10K, this event offers a friendly atmosphere and a scenic, accessible route.
About the Route
Starting and finishing on Abbey Field, the course begins on Circular Road North and winds through the Colchester Garrison area. Predominantly flat, with a few gentle slopes near the end, the route follows a combination of pavements and tracks, making it suitable for all abilities.

- Members of the Armed Forces: Entrants from the Army or other services should register under this category and may create a team using their Regiment name.
