Charity Walk & Run - Dortmund
The Charity Walk & Run comes to Dortmund for the seventh time on Saturday, August 15, 2026. The event supports the Elterntreff leukämie- und tumorerkrankter Kinder e.V. and Humanity First e.V., with 100% of entry fees going to charity. The race takes place around the Phoenix Lake in Dortmund. The organizer is the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Organization.

- 800 m Kids Run
- 5 km Run
- 5 km Walking, Nordic Walking, Hiking
- 10 km Run
Start Fee = Donation:
- Adults: 15 €
- Children (up to and including 12 years): free
- + 5 € deposit for the reusable transponder (payable on-site)
Schedule:
- 10:00 AM Registration/Bib pickup
- 11:00 AM Welcome by the moderator
- 11:30 AM Start of the 800 m Kids Run
- 12:00 PM Start of the 5 km Walk, 5 km and 10 km Runs
- 1:00 PM Break and refreshments (free drinks and fruit)
- 1:30 PM Award ceremony and greetings
- 2:00 PM Event ends

Further Information:
Registration is requested online in advance, but bib pickup and on-site registration are possible up to 45 minutes before the race. Donations are split: 80% to ELTERNTREFF leukämie- und tumorerkrankter Kinder e.V. and 20% to Humanity First.
