Brackley 10 km Chicken Run
The Brackley Chicken Run is a popular local 10k race. The race starts and finishes in the Town Park in Brackley and is run over a mixture of roads, grass paths and trails.
Starting on a closed road, the route loops out from Brackley, through Turweston and around Turweston Airfield, before returning through Turweston. The course is undulating but very scenic. Unfortunately the course is not suitable for wheelchairs, or runners with buggies due to the rough surfaces in parts. Runners are not permitted to run with dogs.
In-ear or over ear headphones are not permitted as the course is run on open roads and runners will need to hear marshals’ instructions. Bone conducting earphones are permitted but not recommended.
Due to the rising cost of organising an event, we are unable to provide refunds if you are unable to participate or the event has to be cancelled.
