Boots and Blooms 5K

The Boots and Blooms 5K is a race in honor and memory of all babies gone too soon. The Boots and Blooms Foundation was created to help bereaved families. This year's race will be held on 10/4/2025. A virtual 5K option will also be available from 10/1/25-10/5/25.
Courses and Prices:
- 5K: $30 (Price increases after August 30, 2025)
- Virtual 5K: $30 (Price increases after August 30, 2025)
Course Description: The race takes place at Martin Marietta Park in New Bern, NC, utilizing the Dragonfly trail. It's an improved gravel trail with minimal elevation changes. One water station will be available, along with light refreshments after the race.
Giveaway: Participants registered by September 5th will receive a t-shirt.
Awards: Medals will be awarded to the top 3 male and female overall finishers, and the top male and female finishers in each age group (0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+).
