Registration
Pre-registration is available via this link. Pre-registrations close on Thursday evening, August 6th at midnight, or earlier if the maximum number of runners is reached.
The pre-registration fee is 7€ (6€ for sports members) payable to RAAK Holsbeek (account holder = RAAK Holsbeek) via BE53 7343 3713 7653. You will receive an automatic confirmation after pre-registration.
On-site registration is possible until 15:30.
The Course
The course is hilly. The 3 km route is entirely on paved roads. The 7 km and 14 km routes are partly paved and partly run through the woods on the Kesselberg.
Parking
Car parking is available on a field in Langeveld street, 400m from the start. Bicycles can be parked at the school playground.
Bus 41 from Leuven station stops at Kesselberg, 200m from the start.
Number Pickup
Your race number can be picked up at the registration desk.
Bag Storage
A designated area will be provided for bag storage. Participants are responsible for their own bags.
Warm-up Zone
The warm-up route is via Leuvensebaan and back to the start. The children's jogging course must remain clear at all times.
Start
Each group starts punctually. Follow the directions of the marshals.
Refreshments
There will be 2 refreshment stations during the 7 km and 14 km races, and one at the finish. Bring your own cup or bottle. Foldable cups are available for purchase for 4 euros.
Finish
Follow the designated zone over the finish line for time registration. Continue to the refreshment area, then to the registration desk to collect your participant gift in exchange for your race number.
Results
Registration and results are managed by Sporta and will be available shortly after the races. Prizes will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each category.
Changing Rooms and Showers
No showers are provided.
Fair
After the jogging, enjoy the fair terrace and performances.
Children's Jogging
The children's jogging starts at 15:00. On-site registration is 3 euros per child.
- Ages 6 and under (born 2020 or later): 150 m
- Ages 7 and 8 (born 2018 or 2019): 300 m
- Ages 9 and 10 (born 2016 or 2017): 450 m
- Ages 11 and 12 (born 2014 or 2015): 600 m
