Event Details
The Atomic Man Half Iron, Sprint Triathlon / Duathlon & Olympic Triathlon will take place on October 11, 2025 at 201 Campground Rd, Lenoir City, TN, 37771, US.
Registration and Packet Pickup
- Friday, Sept 10th: 5 PM - 6:30 PM at race site
- Race Day: 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM at race site
Awards Ceremony
Awards will be given at the conclusion of each event. Presence is required to receive awards; they will not be shipped.
Course Information
- Half Iron Triathlon: Swim, bike, and run with cut-off times for safety.
- Sprint Triathlon: 500m Swim, 18.6 mile Bike, 5k Run.
- Duathlon: 5k Run, 18.6 mile Bike, 5k Run.
Finisher Amenities
Race packets include a long sleeve hoodie t-shirt, water bottle, swim cap, and finisher medals for all participants.

Event insurance is available to cover your entry fees in case of inability to participate. Please review this option during registration.
