Alfasun Bike and Run Burst - Memorial Kevin Rottiers
Join the Alfasun Bike and Run Burst on Friday, July 10, 2026, in Erpe-Mere, Belgium. This unique event is a collaboration between a runner and a cyclist who complete either a 9km or 18km course together as a team, staying within 15 meters of each other and able to switch roles as often as they like. The race takes place entirely on asphalt, making it primarily a running race with a cycling component providing a break.
This event is perfect for participants of all fitness levels, offering a fun atmosphere alongside sporting competition. It also marks the start of the Burst fair (kermis Burst 2026). Music and entertainment will be provided along the course.

Memorial Kevin Rottiers
This race is dedicated to the memory of Kevin Rottiers, a prominent figure in the Burst fair community who passed away in May 2017. A moment of remembrance and a minute of silence will be held before the 18 km race.
