Join us for the 8th Annual Shatter the Stigma 5K run/walk presented by Calvert County's Health Department. This is a free event aimed at raising awareness for substance use and mental health disorders. Registration is required and closes on April 20, 2025.

Participants will run/walk 5K (3.1 miles) along the Chesapeake Beach Railroad boardwalk. In addition to the race, there will be a "Be Kind to your Mind" health fair at Kellam’s Field.
