Join us for a 5-week challenge to help you stay motivated this fall! All skill levels welcome. Each week for 5 weeks starting Thursday 10/17 we will meet at 6:30 PM for a run. We have all run, walk to run, and walk groups available. Distance will be from 1.5 to 3 miles each week. After the run each week, we will head back into the bar for a beer and entry into our raffle. Cost includes a long sleeve tech t-shirt, beer each week, entry into weekly raffle, and training plan.
