From physical health resources to mental and emotional well-being, we are building a culture of care that extends far beyond a single day.
This dynamic event will feature a 5k run/walk, a variety of fitness presentations designed for all levels, as well as music, food and local vendors, creating an inclusive and engaging experience for all who attend.

- 7:45 am - Check in begins 5K Run/Walk Race
- 9:00 am - Race begins
