5 Peaks - Heart Lake
Join us at Heart Lake Conservation Park for a 5 Peaks Adventure for all ages, abilities and ambitions. Heart Lake Conservation Area takes its name from the spring-fed kettle lake, which is roughly shaped like a heart. The shaded trails offer a picturesque way to welcome the fall colours. - 8:00 a.m. - Onsite Packet Pick Up Begins
- 8:30 a.m. - Grit Waves Start
- 8:40 a.m. - Start of Hikers/Power Pacers
- 8:45 a.m. - 1k Free Kids Start
- 9:05 a.m. - 3K Kids Run Start
- 9:30 a.m. - Enduro waves start
- 10:00 a.m. - Sport waves start
- 12:00 p.m. - Awards

Emails and social media messages are not monitored after online registration closes (usually the Wednesday of race week) so that we can prepare for race weekend. All of the information that you need for race day can either be found on the event webpage or will be emailed to you prior to race day.

Safety:
In the interest of racer safety and because of the size of our attendance and the technicality of our course, please do not bring the following on the race course:
- No dogs
- No headphones
- No strollers or baby joggers
- No nordic walking poles
Washrooms: Washroom facilities are available at Start / Finish area.
Spectators: Spectators Welcome...best viewing is from start/finish area.
Parking: Free parking is available but limited. Please car pool. Go to the Birchmount parking area, near the Wild Wetland Splash and Pool.
