33. 7-Täler-Lauf 2026
The 33rd "7-Täler-Lauf" will take place in Dietfurt an der Altmühl on Saturday, July 11, 2026. Registration is now open. For the first time, there is also a "Walking" category. New this year is the Team Fun Run, where teams of at least 3 people can compete for prizes for the fastest team, coolest team outfit, and lucky loser. Team scoring is only possible with a group registration.
Registration/Late Registration:
Registration is possible until July 10, 2026. Late registrations on July 11, 2026, from 3:30 PM until 1 hour before the start in the 7-Täler-Halle. The late registration fee is €5.
Bib Number Pickup:
In the 7-Täler-Halle from 3:30 PM.
Changing Rooms/Showers:
In the 7-Täler-Halle.
Awards:
Bambini participants receive a medal immediately after finishing. For Schüler, Jugend, Frauen-Hauptlauf, and Männer-Hauptlauf, the top 3 finishers in each age group receive medals. For Männer "Jogger", Frauen-Sonderwertung, and Walker, the top 3 finishers receive medals. For teams, the results of the 3 best runners are added; the fastest team receives the team prize.
Award Ceremony:
The award ceremony will take place around 8:00 PM at the Sportheim / Sportplatz.
Race Series:
Part of the BLSV-Läufercup 2026.
