24-Stunden-Spendenlauf Hannover 2026
Join the 24-Stunden-Spendenlauf Hannover, now in its eighth edition, running from Friday, July 10, 2026, 18:00 to Saturday, July 11, 2026, 18:00. We will run and walk the approximately 6 km course around the Maschsee lake.
Start and finish will be at the Maschseequelle, the SCH club house right by the lake. Besides the athletic part, expect a 24-hour running party and a joint closing party on Saturday from 19:00.
The run takes place as a relay race with various participation options:
Individual Starter
Register via our form, indicating your desired start time, approximate pace, number of laps, and club affiliation. You will be assigned to groups of at least two runners. The final Running Order will be published on our website 1-2 days before the race.
Team Event / 24-Hour Team Run
Form your own team of at least 2 and up to 12 runners to cover the full 24 hours. The only rule: at least one person from your team must be on the course at all times. Registration is via a collective team entry, with individual runners being able to register later.
Ultrarun
Start on Friday at 18:00 and run as many laps as possible within the next 24 hours. All fully completed laps count. Additionally, meters from the last lap completed by 18:00 on Saturday will be counted.
Catering
Water and bananas are provided free of charge for all registered participants. Participants contribute to an international buffet, from which participants and guests can be served for a small donation. Drinks and beer are available at fair prices.
Changing Rooms & Showers
Changing and shower facilities are available. We are not liable for personal belongings.
