Rapid Relays Solo & Team Relay
Rapid Relays is a woodland trail relay held at Culden Faw Estate in Fawley near Henley on Thames. The event offers multiple entry formats including solo, pair, team of three and team of four options, and camping is available from Saturday into Sunday. Entry types include adding extra runners to teams.
The route runs on estate tracks and on gently undulating terrain. There is one reasonable climb just before 3 km that is quickly followed by a long downhill run back into the exchange arena. The exchange area and race village sit close to the course, allowing teams to set up a base alongside the route. Participants may bring a support team.
Race packs are collected on the morning of the event and the race village opens earlier on race day. Parking is free and is situated about 50 m from the race village where the exchange is based. The event is chip timed and provides live results on mobile devices; split times are recorded for each lap and overall time and mileage are provided.

Course Details:
Our woodland trail route is on estate tracks and a good mix of gently undulating terrain, there is one reasonable climb just before 3K quickly followed by a long down hill run back into the exchange arena.
Logistics:
Race Packs are picked up on the morning from 8.30am. The race village opens at 8.00am, parking is free and only 50m from the race village where the exchange is based. There is plenty of space to set up your base by the route and you are welcome to bring a support team.
The race is chip timed, live results will be available on your phone and split times will be given for each lap as well as the total time and mileage.
