The Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon is a premier endurance event attracting athletes from around the globe. Celebrating its 45th year, this triathlon features a 1.5-mile swim from Alcatraz Island, an 18-mile bike ride, and an 8-mile run through the beautiful Golden Gate Recreational Area.
