2025 Baltimore Empower Walk & 5k fueled by Autism Speaks
The Autism Speaks Empower Walk & 5K Run is more than just a walk or run — it's a celebration of community, inclusion, and progress. This exciting event combines everything you love about the traditional Autism Speaks Walk with the added energy of a 5K run! Our 5k will start at 8:30am on the track of Unitas Stadium at Towson University, head out onto the road and end back inside the track! We'll have volunteers and security along the route with one water stop. Concessions in the stadium will be available to all participants as well as free bottled water. Race participants who wear their Baltimore Running Festival shirt to our 5k race will receive an extra gift along with their medal! An additional donation of $40 will earn your commemorative event shirt!
