17. Laggenbecker Freibad Triathlon - 2026

Now for the 17th time, our traditional Laggenbecker Freibad Triathlon (LFT) will take place. The triathlon is designed for both advanced athletes and beginners. It remains a fun triathlon for young and old, which can be completed individually or as a team. Limited participant numbers – registration deadline July 26, 2026!

We look forward to every participant. There are three categories:

• Hobby: 400 m swimming / 14.6 km cycling / 5.1 km running. One participant (m/f) completes all three disciplines.
• Leistung (Performance): 600 m swimming / 26.2 km cycling / 6.7 km running. One participant (m/f) completes all three disciplines.
• Team: 400 m swimming / 14.6 km cycling / 5.1 km running. Three or two participants (m/f) share the three disciplines.

Entry Fee:

• Individual competition: €18 per person
• Team competition: €36 per team

Note: When registering as a team, the team name must be entered and the discipline selected as an additional item!
