Join us for the 15th Annual Medford Lakes Colony Sprint Triathlon, Duathlon, & Aquabike! This event offers a variety of racing formats for athletes of all levels.

Courses Offered
- Triathlon: 1/4 mile Swim, 17.2 mile Bike, 5k Run
- Duathlon: 2 mile Run, 17.2 mile Bike, 5k Run
- Aquabike: 1/4 mile Swim, 17.2 mile Bike
- Triathlon Relay: 1/4 mile Swim, 17.2 mile Bike, 5k Run
- Duathlon Relay: 2 mile Run, 17.2 mile Bike, 5k Run
Registration and Packet Pickup
Registration is digital and must be completed online. Online registration closes at the start of the race. Required items for packet pickup include Proof of ID. USAT Annual Members must present their USAT Membership ID. Athletes may only pick up their own packets.
Packet Pickup & Registration:
- Saturday: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Highly Encouraged)
- Sunday: 6:00 AM - 7:15 AM
Awards
Awards will be given for various categories including Overall, Age Group, Clydesdale/Athena, Adaptive, Non-Binary, and Relay Teams for Triathlon and Duathlon. Aquabike will have Overall awards.
Important Information
- All multisport participants must have an active USAT Membership.
- Photo ID is required for all athletes.
- No drafting, headphones, or riding in transition.
- Helmets and chin straps must be securely fastened at all times during the bike leg.
- Unsportsmanlike conduct is not tolerated.
