YMCA Autumn Dash 5K

Location: 100 Constitution Avenue, Shrewsbury, PA 17361, US
Description: Join us for a fun 5k in south-central Pennsylvania. Runners (or walkers) will begin and end their loop at the W. Dale Brougher Foundation YMCA in Shrewsbury, PA. The loop winds along country roads, through a Senior-living campus and community park.
Registration:
- Early Registration (before September 1, 2025): Adults - $30; Youth (13 and under) - $20
- Registration after September 1, 2025: Adults - $35; Youth (13 and under) - $25
Course: The race begins on the YMCA property, proceeds onto township roads, through the SpiriTrust Lutheran Campus and Miller Park, returning to the YMCA.
Awards: Overall Male and Female Winner plus Male and Female Age Division 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers.
Race Shirt: Runners registered by September 1, 2025 are guaranteed a moisture-wicking long-sleeved race shirt.
Awards Ceremony: 9:30 am
Parking: Available at the YMCA and on Fairview Court. The YMCA parking lot will close at 8:00 am.
Spectators: YMCA campus and Miller Park
