Woldsman 30
The Woldsman 30 is a 32-mile route from Driffield Showground across the Yorkshire Wolds, to be completed within 12 hours. The route includes several checkpoints with enforced opening and closing times; arriving outside those times may require waiting or retirement from the event.
Entries open on 13 June 2026 and close on 27 March 2027. The entry fee is £22 and the minimum age is 18 on the event date. Withdrawals made before 13 March 2027 receive a refund minus an administration fee; withdrawals after that date forfeit the entry fee. Transfers or deferrals are not permitted.
Free car parking is available at Driffield Showground and basic camping space is available from Friday to Sunday for a cost of £5 per person. Food and drink are provided at all checkpoints; vegetarian options will be catered for but other special diets will not be provided. Finishers receive a badge, a certificate and a meal. Retirements must be made at checkpoints only.
Minimum required kit includes an Ordnance Survey Explorer map (294, 295 or 300) and compass, waterproofs, first aid kit and survival bag, a mug for drinks, and extra clothing for warmth. A full route description and a GPX file will be made available approximately one week before the event.
