Winter 2025 Kids Speed & Conditioning training in Cary is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.
The class is 8 weeks long, meeting once per week on Saturdays from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
- Class Duration: January 11, 2025 - March 1, 2025
- Price: $65.00
- Ages: 8-14 years old
- Location: Davis Drive Park, 1610 Davis Drive, Apex, NC 27523 for the first seven classes; the final class will be held at Mills Park Middle School, 441 Mills Park Drive, Cary 27519 on the track.
Coach Balaji Karthikeyan will lead this class, with a maximum of 40 participants. The cost covers 8 weeks of coached workouts, a training plan, discounts at Pace Yourself Run Company, and a training shirt. If needed, financial assistance is available through a donation program.
