Windmill Half Marathon - Lytham St Annes
The Windmill Half Marathon takes place on Sunday 9th August 2026 with the race venue at Lytham Windmill on the Green, Lytham St Annes. The event follows a coastal route along the Fylde Coast and offers panoramic views of the Ribble Estuary and the Lytham Windmill. The distance is 13.1 miles.
The race venue includes a registration area for bib collection and on-the-day entries if available. Facilities at the event include toilets, baggage storage, a secure key drop box, medical provision and an event enquiry point. Portable toilets are provided at the start and finish and on the route.
Entry is open to all runners aged over 17 on the day. Published entry fees are Standard Entry £32.00 and UKA / ARC Members £30.00. Online entry is described as the quickest method and no transaction or handling fee is charged for debit or credit card payments. Standard entry terms and conditions apply.
All finishers receive a commemorative medal plus drinks and snacks at the finish. Individual prizes are awarded to the first three male and first three female finishers and to age-category veterans as listed by the organiser. Prize notifications are emailed to winners a few days after the event.
On-course support includes water stations at regular intervals with bottled water provided, and medics on course and at the finish. The route is partly open to the public so runners should be aware of traffic, pedestrians and cyclists. Baggage storage is located next to bib collection points and a key drop facility is available. Entry into the event is open to everyone and all abilities as long as you are aged over 17 on the day of the race. Online entry is the quickest method and we do not charge a transaction or handling fee for debit/credit cards.

Awards & Prizes
