- 9.2 km: Start time 11:00, for ages U18+
- 9.2 km Nordic Walking: Start time 11:02, all ages
- 3 km: Start time 10:30, for ages U14, U16
- 2 km: Start time 10:15, for ages U12
- 1 km: Start time 10:00, for ages U6, U8, U10
