Where the Pavement Ends Trail Races
Join us for the Where the Pavement Ends Trail Races on Sunday, September 20, 2026. Choose your challenge: complete one loop of our scenic course or conquer two loops for the "Pavement Double"!
Race Details:
- Single Loop: 4.3 miles, starting at 7:30 AM. Recommended for those new to trail running.
- Double Loop: Approximately 8.2 miles, starting at 7:00 AM.
The race begins and ends at the Lake Windwing ballfields in Ridgefield, CT. The course winds through the beautiful Hemlock Hills/Pine Mountain open space, offering a technical, rocky, and sublime trail running experience.
This event is proud to be part of the Trail Mix Series — Westchester-Fairfield Trail Mix Series, a collection of seven trail races. Your results will be combined with other series races to determine overall winners and award special prizes.
