Waddesdon Manor 5K
The Waddesdon Manor 5K is a measured 5 kilometre race held at Waddesdon. The course starts in the National Trust visitors car park, proceeds to the Fountain at the top of the hill, runs up to the front of the Manor House and returns directly to the car park. The route is accurately measured and marked at each kilometre. Runners must follow instructions from race officials and keep to the left side of the course.
Race numbers are available on the day at the entries desk and must be attached to the front of running vests. Competitors are asked to complete the back of their number with name, an emergency contact telephone number and any relevant medical information. Anyone who feels unwell before the event is advised not to start.
Standard headphones are not permitted; bone conduction headphones are allowed so runners can still hear marshal instructions. If a runner becomes unwell during the race they should stop at a marshalling point so that first aid can be requested. First aid cover is provided by ALR Training Ltd.
