About the Event
The Veterans Day 5k lasts 3 hours and is a fun run event that starts and ends at Goat Patch Brewing in Colorado Springs. Participants can run, walk, or jog and celebrate with a FREE local craft brew at the finish line.
Event Details
- Start Windows: 10:00 AM & 10:30 AM
- Each runner/walker must start during their 30-minute wave window.
- All participants receive a free craft brew at the finish line and a choice of a collector’s pint glass or seasonal swag item from the Brewery Running Series.
- Chance to win prizes such as Brewery Running Series merchandise.
- Access to event festivities like live music and games.
- A portion of proceeds supports local nonprofits.
Location
The event takes place at Goat Patch Brewing located at 2727 N Cascade Ave #123, Colorado Springs, CO 80907.
Important Information
- This is an untimed, fun run for all levels.
- The course is open, and participants must obey traffic laws.
- Participants must bring a valid ID; those under 21 will receive a token for a non-alcoholic beverage.
- Dogs and strollers are welcome, but caution is advised.
- Merchandise will be available for purchase at the event.
- Public parking is available.
