Vabali Sunrise Run 2026
Join the Vabali Sunrise Run on June 28, 2026, in Düsseldorf. The run starts with the first rays of the sun at 6:30 AM from the vabali spa Düsseldorf. The route is a circular course past Menzel and Elbsee lakes, and through the surrounding forests. You can choose between a 5.5 km and an 11 km course. Enjoy the special atmosphere of the dew-covered fields waking up to the sun on both distances. After a vital start to the day, we will provide you with a rich and varied finish line catering.
