Event Overview
The UpRiver Running Fall Races will take place on Saturday, October 4, 2025, starting at Kinsmen Park on Trowbridge Rd, Thunder Bay, ON. Participants can choose from distances of 50K, 25K, 10K, and a Kids Trail Run of 2.5K.
This event continues to celebrate our love for running, bringing together the community for a fun and engaging experience. This year, registered participants will also receive free vegetarian chili!
Race Details
- 50K Start Time: 7:00 AM
- 25K Start Time: 9:30 AM
- Kids Trail Run Start Time: 10:45 AM
- 10K Start Time: 11:30 AM
There will be awards for the top finishers in each age division for the 10K, 25K, and 50K events. All races will begin and finish at Kinsmen Park, with exciting trails through some of Thunder Bay's favorite locations.
Course Information
The courses are varied: the 10K is a single loop, the 25K consists of a loop with some out-and-back sections, and the 50K runners will complete two 25K loops, each featuring several on-course aid stations.
Registration Details
Registration includes a finisher medal, and early bird pricing is available until June 30th. Standard entry fees will apply until August 25th with late fees kicking in afterward.
