Ultra:5K - Kempston, United Kingdom
The Ultra:5K is a multi-lap running event held annually at Box End Park in Kempston, near Bedford. The 2026 edition marks the tenth year of the event. Competitors complete repeated 5 km laps within a set number of hours. The event is family-friendly, encouraging supporters to attend.
Race Options:
- Ultra:5K x10: 50 km (10 x 5 km laps). Starts at 4:00 AM.
- Ultra:5K x5: 25 km (5 x 5 km laps). Starts at 9:00 AM.
- Ultra:5K x3: 15 km (3 x 5 km laps). Starts at 11:00 AM.
The course is off-road, clearly signposted, and includes hills, flats, twists, and turns. Entry fees include access to sports massage during the event, a selection of snacks, energy gels and bars, and energy drinks. All finishers receive a bespoke Ultra:5K medal. Trophies are awarded to the top three overall and top three female finishers in each race. Personalized age-group certificates will be emailed post-event.
