Überruhrer Crosslauf
Save the date 2026! The first Überruhrer Crosslauf will take place on November 29, 2026, in Essen. More information will be available on the website soon.
Race Categories
The race is open to all age groups according to the German Athletics Federation (DLO) regulations, from children (male/female) U8 to seniors M/W 80. Individual rankings for male and female youth from U8 to U16 will follow the age group classifications.
Location and Travel
By car: Navigation input: Ludwig-Kessingpark Essen-Überruhr. Parking is available in the surrounding residential area. Recommended parking: Marktplatz Überruhr, Schulte-Hinsel-Str. (approx. 500m walk).
By public transport: Bus stop Heuweg (Line SB15, 166) (approx. 1km walk). Bus stop Schulte-Hinsel-Straße (Line 144, 166, 177) (approx. 500m walk).
Refreshments
A catering stand will be available at the finish area offering cold and hot drinks, as well as cake and sausages.
Health Check
The organizer recommends a personal health check before registering. More information can be found on the website of the German Athletics Federation or at www.paps-test.de.
