Tuscazoar Endurance Race (100 Miler)
This event is a 100-mile endurance race through the hills and trails of Dover, Ohio, held in celebration of a 40th birthday. The race is dedicated to supporting Semper Fi & America's Fund, an organization that assists wounded veterans, service members, and military families.
The organizer is undertaking this challenge to represent personal life challenges, including 9 years as an Amphibious Reconnaissance Marine, the battles veterans face after service, setbacks, injuries, and moments where quitting seemed easier. Turning 40 is viewed as a new starting point, not a finish line.
Every step of the race is dedicated to supporting Semper Fi & America's Fund, providing hope, resources, recovery, and community to those who have sacrificed for the country. The mission emphasizes resilience, purpose, and brotherhood, underscoring the capability to achieve more than believed.
This is described as more than a race – it's a celebration of life, service, grit, and an opportunity to give back. Donations to Semper Fi & America's Fund are encouraged to support the mission.
