Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk - Tempe, AZ
This event honors the heroic life and death of Stephen Siller, a New York City firefighter (FDNY) who lost his life on September 11, 2001, after running through the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel to the Twin Towers. Honor all of those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, and support our first responders and military who make extraordinary sacrifices in the line of duty!

Ceremony Start: 7:30 AM
5K Start: 8:00 AM
This is a 5K (3.1 miles) event. You are welcome to walk or run.
Timing chips are available. This is a timed event.
Packet Pick-Up:

- Day of Event Packet Pick Up: Starting at 7:00 AM
Registration Information:
Prices increase as the event gets closer. Register early for the best price! To guarantee an event T-shirt, register at least 6 weeks prior to the event.
Day-of registration will incur an additional $5.00 cost.
Parking:
Parking is available at 201 S. Ash Avenue, Tempe, AZ 85281.
Event Policies:
- Bib numbers must be worn on the front of your outermost garment.
- Runners predicting a pace faster than 6 minute/mile will be seeded in the front corral.
- Water stations will be available along the route and at the finish line.
- Strollers and wheelchairs are permitted. Firefighter turnout gear and military backpacks are also permitted.
- All personal items and valuables should be stored securely in your vehicle at your own risk.
- Registration fees do not count towards fundraising goals.
- Donations will be accepted for 6 weeks after the event.

- There is no fundraising minimum to participate.

- Medical staff and radio communication will be available on-site.
- Headphones are allowed at your own risk.
- Costumes are permitted; patriotic clothing is encouraged.
- All registrations are final; no refunds.
- The event is held rain or shine, except in the case of lightning.
- A sweeper will check the course at the end of the race.
- Registration includes a T2T run shirt and race bib.
- Dogs are permitted if legally on a leash. Take precautions for warm weather.
