The Tunnel to Towers Run & Walk Series was created to honor the heroic life and death of Stephen Siller, a New York City firefighter who lost his life on September 11, 2001. This event in St. Augustine aims to honor first responders, remember 9/11, and raise funds for the Tunnel to Towers programs.
Event Details
This is a 5K (3.1 miles) event where participants can run or walk. Packet pickup will be available on Friday, September 6th from 11am-4pm at Fionn MacCool’s Irish Pub & Restaurant. Race day morning packet pickup and registration will start at 7am at the venue.
Registration and Awards
Registration will remain open until the start of the race. Awards will be given to the top 3 Men, Women, and Under 18 participants. Water stations will be available along the route and at the finish line.
Donations and Fundraising
Registration fees do not count towards fundraising goals. Participants can start their own fundraising page and accept donations online. Donations will be accepted for 6 weeks after the event. Companies and organizations can sponsor the event by contacting [email protected].
