Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk - North Conway, NH
The Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk Series was created to honor the heroic life and death of Stephen Siller, a New York City firefighter (FDNY) who lost his life on September 11, 2001 after strapping on his gear and running through the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel to the Twin Towers. Honor all of those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001 and support our first responders and military who make extraordinary sacrifices in the line of duty!
This is a 5K (3.1 miles). You are welcome to walk or run this event.

There is no age limit. All are welcome!
Parking: Limited parking is available at Shouler Park. Local street parking is also an option where permitted. Please follow all local parking regulations.
Packet Pickup: Packet pickup (Race bib and T-shirts) will be available on the morning of the event at Shouler Park. Check back closer to the event for more options.
Bibs: Bib numbers must be worn on the front of your outermost garment. Runners predicting a faster pace may move to the front.
Timing: The event will be timed.
Hydration & Food: Water will be available at the start/finish. Limited water at the start line. No food will be provided.
Allowed Items: Strollers, wheelchairs, and backpacks are permitted. No roller blades, bicycles, or pets. Please start towards the back if using a stroller.
What to Wear: Comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended. Patriotic colors are encouraged. Military and first responders are encouraged to wear their gear/uniform.

Fundraising: Participants can create fundraising pages. Registration fees help offset expenses, while fundraising efforts support programs for first responders and injured service members.
Volunteering: Sign up to volunteer via the volunteer option on the event page.
T-shirts: A T2T North Conway event T-shirt is included with registration. Register by June 16th to guarantee your 2025 event T-shirt. T-shirts are not guaranteed for race day registrations.
Friends and family not registered are welcome to attend and cheer.
