The cycling route consists of a circuit between Lensahn and Beschendorf, completing a total of 68 laps of approx. 8 km each. The subsequent run is a circuit (98 laps of 1.32 km) in Lensahn. To qualify for the Triple Ultra Triathlon Lensahn, athletes must have at least one completed Ironman triathlon (or a comparable distance) from the previous two years.
