Tierrasanta Monster Dash 5K Run & Run/Walk
The Tierrasanta Monster Dash 5K and 5K fun run walk is back in 2026. Save the date - Saturday October 31 - Halloween! What better day to haunt the boulevard in T-Town? Come in costume and wow the judges. We'll have a Kids Zone that will include bounce houses, lots of Halloween candy, and face painting. Long sleeved T-shirts, along with finisher medals, will be provided to all participants (excluding kids under, 10 who are free). The infamous adult beer garden will be open to all over-21 adults. Come taste some great craft brews! It will be a Spooktacular time.
Event details and schedule
Early packet pick up: Friday, Oct 30, 2026 from 4-7pm at the Tierrasanta Recreation Center.
Day-of-race packet pick-up and limited race registration: begin at 7am.
Parking: will be available at the Recreation Center, Community Pool, and Luthern Church.
Waiver: Please make sure you sign your waiver.

4:00pm-7:00pm - Bib pickup at the Tierrsanta Rec Center parking lot (near the gym) - Saturday, October 31, 2026 – Monster Dash Day
7:00am-8:15am - Bib pickup at the Tierrsanta Rec Center parking lot (near the gym)
8:20am – Stretching and National Anthem at the start line
8:30am – Chip-timed race begins. Fun Run/Walkers to follow.
8:45am – Beer Garden open to adults 21+
