The Woodlands Galloway Training Program
The Galloway Run/Walk/Run Training Program is designed for anyone looking to achieve personal goals, such as running a half marathon. We can also assist with training for 5ks, 10ks, and even full marathons. The program welcomes participants of all levels, from beginners to experienced runners, and also offers a dedicated walk group. Pace groups are structured to ensure a comfortable and safe training pace for every ability. Our primary aim is to help you train for and complete a half marathon injury-free. Runners utilizing Jeff Galloway’s RUN-WALK-RUN™ method have demonstrated a 98% success rate.
This is a 27-week half marathon training session for the 2025-2026 season, featuring early Saturday morning runs guided by trained group leaders. Groups are determined by pace, ability, and experience. The price includes a technical running shirt and the Galloway training e-book.

Join us to train for the 10 FOR TX Houston Full/Half Marathon and the Woodlands Full/Half Marathon, among other exciting races. Please note that the training program membership does not include race entry fees.
