The Wacky Dash 5K - Fun for Everyone!

Pricing Tiers:
- July 1 and earlier: $30 for adults; $20 for kids aged 5-12; kids 4 and under are FREE
- July 2 - July 18: $35 for adults; $20 for kids aged 5-12; kids 4 and under are FREE
- July 19 - August 1 (Race Day): $40 for adults; $20 for kids aged 5-12; kids 4 and under are FREE (no guarantee of T-shirt)
A small handling fee will apply for all registrations.
Schedule for Race Day, 8/1/2026:
- 7:30am - 8:30am: Packet pick up and day-of registration*
- 9:00am: 5K race starts
- 10:00am: Awards
*Day-of registration (until 8:30am) using your personal mobile device. No on-site payments will be accepted.
Pre-Race Packet Pick Up:
Offered on 7/31/2026 (location TBD). Pick up your race bib and t-shirt* before the race. *T-shirts only guaranteed for those who register by July 18.
Race Course:
The Be the Hope Route. Map Coming Soon.
Parking:
Available at Lake Wilderness Park. Carpooling is highly encouraged. Arrive early! Please see attached map for specifics.
Timing:
This event is not chip timed. The Wacky Dash is all about fun, not finish lines. Take your time, enjoy the course, connect with local businesses and organizations along the way, and embrace the wacky.
Strollers and Dogs:
Jogging strollers are encouraged. Dogs are not permitted on the course for the safety and comfort of all participants.

The Wacky Dash & Business Bash is a fundraiser for the Maple Valley–Black Diamond Chamber of Commerce, supporting local small businesses. Your participation helps connect the community and support local initiatives.
