The Trojan 5K
Join us for The Trojan 5K, a timed 5K run (held rain or shine) to benefit the Soddy Daisy High School Track & Cross Country Team! Whether you’re training for a PR, running for fun, or cheering on your neighbors, this event is a great way to bring the community together and support the student-athletes who work hard all season.
The race starts right at the Fire Hall next to Municipal Park (11651 Dayton Pike) in Soddy Daisy. Packet pickup will take place at David Casteel State Farm (9217 Dayton Pike) on the Thursday and Friday before race day. Registration increases by $5 on the day of the race.
Parking is available, but we encourage everyone to arrive early. Walking is welcome for all participants, including dogs and strollers. While the event is timed for runners, walkers will not be timed. Bathrooms are located in the park, and there’s plenty of shade. Spectators are encouraged to bring chairs.
More details are coming soon, including information about a coffee truck on site and the possibility of other Soddy Daisy High School sports teams joining in.
