The One on the Trail - Marlow
The One on the Trail is a superb, scenic multi-terrain Half Marathon, 10k route or 1k, starting near Temple and following the Thames between Marlow & Henley before looping back through beautiful countryside. THE ONE NOT TO MISS.

Race Pack Collection
Collect your race number from 08:00am at the event village registration tent. Race packs are not mailed. On-the-day registration may be available.
The Route
All run courses are marked with signs and well marshalled. The race takes you along country trails and woodland paths.
Facilities
Medical cover, bag drop, catering, and portable toilets are available in the event village. There are no dedicated changing rooms or showers.
Water / Snack Stations
Two water stations on the route. 10k runners pass the first station once; half marathon runners pass both stations twice. Water is served in cups, and additional water is available in the event village for bottle refills.
Spectators
Spectators are permitted in the start/finish area and around the route.
Dogs
Personally owned dogs are not permitted. Registered medical assistance dogs may be accepted with prior approval.
Buggies, Pushchairs and Strollers
This event is not suitable for buggies, pushchairs, or strollers due to the terrain.
Wheelchairs
This event is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the terrain.
Earphones / Headphones
Noise-cancelling earphones are prohibited. If using other earphones, ensure they are at a low enough volume to hear event officials.
Race Deferrals
Race deferrals are allowed until registration closes (usually the Friday before the event date), subject to an admin fee.
