The event takes place in Victoria Park, London (Grove Road, E3 5LY). It offers three measured distances on a smooth tarmac pathway laid out as multiple laps with an out and back section at the start and finish. The course layout is: three laps for the 10k, four laps for the 10 mile, and just over five laps for the Half Marathon.
Entries include a finisher medal, on-course refreshments, and chip timing. Water is available on the route at the lap point. Medical cover is provided and toilets will be available near the start and finish. There are no dedicated changing rooms or showers. Event photography is expected to be available after the race.
Race pack collection is handled at the event village registration tent and participants should not expect items by post. Detailed pre-race information is sent to registered participants one week before the event. Race registration on the day may be possible and race deferrals are allowed until registration closes; an administration fee applies for deferrals.
Spectators may use the start/finish area and spots around the route. Privately owned dogs are not permitted during the event except registered medical assistance dogs with prior approval. The event is suitable for participants using buggies or wheelchairs when organisers are informed in advance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.

Race Pack Collection
You can collect your race number from 08:00am at the event village in the Registration Tent. Participants should not expect to receive anything by mail. Registration on the day might be available.
The Route
The course is entirely on a smooth tarmac pathway, consisting of 3 laps for the 10K, 4 laps for the 10 Mile, and just over 5 laps for the Half Marathon, with an out-and-back section at the Start and Finish.

FACILITIES
Medical Cover
Suitable medical cover is provided at our events in case of a medical emergency.
Bag Drop
You can leave any clothing, bags, keys and phones at our bag drop. Your race number has a tear-off strip on the bottom that should be attached to anything you leave with us.
Photography
Event images are expected to be available, usually within 24 hours of the event.
Toilets
Toilets will be available around the start/finish area for use throughout the events.
Changing Room / Showers
There are no dedicated changing rooms/showers.
Water / Snack Stations
Water will be available on the route at the lap point.

Spectators
Spectators are permitted anywhere in the start finish area or around the route. Please be mindful of others' comfort and safety in more popular locations, including the finish area.
Dogs
Participants must not be accompanied by a personally owned or controlled dog during an event. Entries may be accepted from participants with medical assistance dogs, subject to them being correctly registered and identifiable as such, and subject to prior approval by the Event Director.
Buggies, Pushchairs and Strollers
This event is suitable for using buggies, pushchairs and strollers. Any participants wishing to compete with specialised equipment are asked to contact us before entering to ensure we can accommodate any additional requirements.
Wheelchairs
This event is suitable for wheelchair users. Any participants wishing to compete with specialised equipment are asked to contact us before entering to ensure we can accommodate any additional requirements.
Earphones / Headphones
Noise-cancelling earphones/headphones are prohibited and, whilst we discourage the use of other earphones/headphones in running events, participants choosing to use them should ensure they are set to a low enough volume that instructions from event officials can be clearly understood.
Race Deferrals
Race deferrals are allowed until the event registration is closed (usually the Friday 12noon before the event date). Please note an admin fee is applied to process the changes.
