The Hereford 10 Mile Race 2027
Join us for the Hereford 10 Mile Race in 2027, a fast-paced chip-timed event starting and finishing at Hereford Rugby Club. This picturesque 10-mile (16km) route winds through Herefordshire on an undulating figure-of-eight course, primarily on country lanes.
Race Information:
- Date: Sunday, 14th February 2027
- Start Time: 9:00 AM
- Entry Fees: £25.00 (Affiliated) / £27.00 (Unattached)
- Race Limit: 500 participants
- Minimum Age: 18 on the day of the event
- Registration: Must sign up in advance; no on-the-day entries.
- Race HQ: Hereford Rugby Club, Belvedere Lane, Hereford HR4 0PH
- Parking: No parking at the Rugby Club. Pay and display car parks are within a short walk.
- Facilities: Toilets available on site.
- Refreshments: Water station at 4 and 7 miles, water post-race. Additional refreshments available for purchase at the rugby club.
- First Aid: Full medical event cover will be in place.
- Distance/Terrain: 10 Miles (16kms) - Road
- Course Details: Undulating figure of eight course mainly on country lanes. Full UK Athletics race licence.
- Medals: Every finisher receives a race memento.
- Prizes: Male and Female 1st-3rd places, Age Category prizes (5-year bands), and Team Prizes (top 3 male & female teams).
- Results: Available post-race at www.readysetgotiming.co.uk
Important Notes:
- No headphones allowed (except bone conducting).
- Race bibs must be worn visibly and not altered.
- Participants confirm they are medically fit to race. Organisers are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or illness.
- In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, the organisers will attempt to reschedule.
- Entries are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after purchase, though transfers to the following year may be possible at the organiser's discretion.
